Catering and culinary events

Tim Hollands Catering provides catering services for various venues and events in Melbourne. Our services include executive and boardroom events, cocktail parties, formal lunches, seminars, and special product launches. We have also held catering contracts at The Herald Weekly Times, Heidelberg Golf Club, and the Eltham Community & Reception Centre.

We proudly served as a panel of caterers for the Melbourne Cup Carnival from 1999 to 2003. Furthermore, we opened a 300-guest capacity restaurant and function venue in the Docklands precinct of Melbourne and secured Moonlight Cinema and Sounds for the 2001-2002 season.

In addition, Tim Hollands Catering catered for numerous successful private functions such as family gatherings and weddings. With all of our previous experience, we aim to provide boutique catering services to Melbourne. We are committed to delivering the highest quality of service, food, and design for every event, from small gatherings to large-scale functions.
