About the event
Join Tim and Leana for a relaxed, hands-on Japanese cooking experience at MAK Kitchen.
Learn how to prepare traditional miso soup with dashi made from scratch, followed by beautifully glazed teriyaki salmon with complementary Japanese sides. Along the way, Tim and Leana will share practical techniques, ingredient knowledge and stories about Japanese food and culture.
After cooking, everyone will sit down together to enjoy the meal they have prepared.
